Hexagons Air in the spotlight
Our Hexagons Air Earrings were chosen to participate in the exhibition DIVA! Italian Glamour in Fashion Jewellery. This itinerant international exhibition was curated by Alba Cappellieri and organised by the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale and Politecnico di Milano.
Why we chose Hexagons Air
When we were invited to participate, we immediately thought of our Air Hexagons because they felt like a synthesis of our brand: Colombian vibrancy and English rigour, coming together in these earrings. The precision and refinement of the lines and the flawlessly made hook in the shape of an open hexagon, featuring a small ring at the end, this also hexagonal, create an ideal combination. The grace of the links that are only 0.3mm thick adds movement and lightness Their soldered points and their irregularity both in size and shape, produce a play of light that make these pieces unique.
About the exhibition
200 exclusive works were displayed, created by masters of costume jewellery, great stylists and designers, from the 1950s to today, an example of Italian excellence in craftsmanship, design and fashion.
A book catalogue with the same name was also published in 2021 by Silvana Editoriale (ISBN 9788836648047).
Over the course of five years, DIVA! journeyed around the world to celebrate the beauty and craftsmanship of Italian fashion jewellery.
Tour dates
The eighteenth and final stage of DIVA! was held in Beirut (Lebanon) at the Le Yacht Club between the 3rd and 23rd of December 2025.
The seventeenth stage of DIVA! was held in Belgrade (Serbia) at the Madlena Art Palace between the 25th of June and 1st of August 2025.
The sixteenth stage of DIVA! took place in Nairobi (Kenya) at the Village Market between the 16th and 19th of May 2025.
The fifteenth stage of DIVA! was held in Muscat (Oman) at the Oman National Museum between February 9th and April 15th, 2025.
The fourteenth stage of DIVA! was held in Athens (Greece) at the Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum between the 6th of November and the 31st of December 2024.
The thirteenth stage of DIVA! was held in Baghdad (Iraq) at the Mohammed Alkhafaje Diamond Jewellery Store between the 12th and 27th of June 2024.
The twelfth stage of DIVA! was held in Addis Ababa (Etiopia) at the Sheraton Addis Hotel between January 24th and February 13th 2024, in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura Addis Abeba and the Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa.
The eleventh stage of DIVA! was held in Shenzhen (China) at the Shenzhen Jewelry Museum between the 1st of November and the 8th of December 2023, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou - Canton.
The tenth stage of DIVA! was held in Tripoli (Libya) at Dar Abdalah Crista between the 1st and 14th of October 2023, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Tripoli and the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale.
The ninth stage
The eighth stage of DIVA! was held in Luanda (Angola) at the Intercontinental Hotel between the 24th and 30th of November 2022, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Luanda.
The seventh stage of DIVA! was held in Cape Town (South Africa) at Welgemeend between October 29th and November 9th 2022, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Pretoria.
The sixth stage of DIVA! took place in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) at the Art Gallery NBU between September 9th and October 8th 2022.
The fifth stage of DIVA! took place in Kuwait at the Contemporary Art Plattorm between May 17th and June 23rd 2022.
The fourth stage of DIVA! was held in Amman (Jordan) at the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts between January 31st and March 5th 2022, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Amman.
The third stage took place in Manama (Bahrain) at the Bahrain National Museum between November 17th and December 11th 2021, in collaboration with the Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities and the Italian Embassy in Bahrain.
The second stage was held in Doha (Qatar) from October 11th until October 24th 2021 hosted at the W Doha Hotel & Residences within its vibrant art space, ART29.
The first stage was held in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) from June 23rd until July 23rd 2021 at the headquarters of the Istituto Italiano di Cultura, Al Qasbah Street, Al Bateen in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates.
