The Paperchain Collection was first presented at Palazzo Reale in Milan in 2016, a fitting debut for a design that captures the spirit of both art and architecture.
Every Paperchain piece begins as two thin, very long ribbons of sterling silver. Through a patient, meditative process, these ribbons are folded over and over, forming a continuous, twisting silhouette that feels elastic and alive. The folds catch the light like ripples on water, curving naturally around the neck, wrist, or earlobe.
No two pieces are exactly alike. Each bears subtle marks of the maker’s hand: a reminder that true craftsmanship is never mechanical, but deeply human.
